[Ek_fiber] Transition plan

I'll try to keep tabs, during the day, to see how many people transition to
the new group.  I'll let the members on both sides know.

When we tip the scales to the new group, maybe we can start posting on the
yahoo side and let the original list quiet down.

After we make the moving announcement all over the known world (again), I'll
post a "we've moved" notice here every once in a while.
