[EKStationers] Ideas for Get-Togethers

I do realize that some of our more far flung members might not be able
to make it, but I do have a place where people would be able to get
together in a reasonably good size space in March.

Carolingia is holding a regional practice on March 13, (snow date March
20). At that regional practice there will be space for arts and
science type activities and also for meetings of guilds. There will be
food available during the day and it is a huge gymnasium with large
hallways surrounding, so there would be plenty of room should the Guild,
or even the regional portion of said Guild, like to meet. There may be
a small fee to get in ($3) to pay for food/space, but I'm still working
that out. I will get more information. It also happens to be the day
after the Laurel's Prize Tournament in Carolingia, so if you are in town
for that, you can stay for a while on Sunday and attend this meeting.

What do people think?

If there is interest, I'll get more details.

"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of
arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to
skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, martini in the other, body
thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO what a ride!”
