There is the ancient Greek, a translation into Latin, and apparently  
a translation
into modern Greek that I could find. Maybe nobody has published an  
English
translation. Since you are in the Boston area, maybe you can find a  
starving
classics student at Harvard to help you out? If nothing else, why not  
ring up
the Harvard classics department or possibly the History of Medicine  
unit at
Harvard Medical and see if anyone knows whether there is a translation.

Incidentally, another translation appears to be entitled: De  
complexionibus.
