[Sca-librarians] TI New Format Guidelines

Hi

There have been some questions raised in e-mails to me personally that
relate to footnotes and endnotes.

I thought it might be helpful if everyone has the opportunity to see
the new format guidelines for TI.
In answer to a question or two,
The 120 words includes the bibliography and any footnotes. It does
not include the Bio.

Articles and reviews are to be much shorter.

Keep those comments on the bibliography format coming
