[Sca-librarians] TI Format

But subscriptions start and stop with you membership.  If you want to add or
drop it you have to do it when you renew you membership.  As far as I have
been able to find, there isn't anyway to add or drop it mid membership term.

Yes, you can.  TI was unbundled from membership several 
years ago; you have to pay EXTRA now to get it.
