[Sca-librarians] Children's Books, a Lead danger?

Noble Librarians!

Greetings from Solveig! The rather obvious approach is for the law  
simply to not be retroactive. E.g. all books sold after 2009 JULY 01  
must be "lead free". I suppose that books published prior to a known  
lead safe date could be stickerred as possibly containing lead. There  
really shouldn't be a problem unless the children chew on the books.
