Perhaps it's too new a journal to be placed there yet, as they try to build up membership subscriptions. However, I did find a small image synopsis page on he website for the journal: </SPAN></div>

I did a snag-it copy of the page from the website, and while fuzzy and out of focus, looks like the article starts on page 13, possibly through to the next article on page... um... maybe 22. As the journal is a small publication, you could probably just contact them and ask them for certain about the page citation. </SPAN></div>
