time to help a former Carolingian? Barak Raz, who now lives in the<br>
Philadelphia area, says:<br>

A very nice lady with whom I have corresponded by e-mail has a problem,<br>
and I have undertaken to help her with it. She is writing a book about<br>
Rafael Sabatini, and needs a copy of an article written by Esther<br>
Forbes for a newspaper called the Boston Transcrpt.<br>

As far as I can tell, the BPL has the paper on microfilm, and may have<br>
it on line. I tried to access it online, but the system requires a PIN<br>
based on the user's library card, so I was out of luck.<br>
<br>
I was thinking there must be a Carolingian or two ... who could take a<br>
couple of hours to check the microfilm and get a copy of the article. I<br>
can't promise a large remuneration, but I will do what I can. Anyway,<br>
if you know of a likely researcher, please give them my e-mail.<br>

Any help you can give would be much appreciated by myself and the<br>
author.<br>
