Things to note about the Documentation Table:

leave for others to see.
2) this is VOLUNTARY on the part of the entrant...if they do not leave a
copy for populace that is their choice.

for general populace viewing.

What do those numbers mean?
------------------------------
Each of the 5 areas; DOCUMENTATION, COMPLEXITY AND/OR DIFFICULTY,
WORKMANSHIP, AESTHETIC QUALITIES, CREATIVITY AND/OR AUTHENTICITY are
each rated on a 1-5 scale.
So that all may have a better understanding of the numbers used on
Estrella War judging sheet the rubric will be used:
A rubric for the numbers
------------------------------
1= Below basic standard
2= Meets basic standard
3= Exceeds basic standard
4= Meets exceptional standard
5= Exceeds exceptional standard
*May I bring another person's works and if so what should I know?
------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes, you may bring someone else's entries. You will need to have their
full mundane and SCA name, mundane address, contact information and what
Kingdom are they declaring for. Also, it is a great idea to discuss in
advance how that individual would want their display set up. The
registration staff will NOT set up your displays.
POPULACE and PUBLIC VIEWING
=====================================
Morning populace viewing from 9:45am-10:45am
Afternoon populace viewing from 5-pm -5:30pm
Visitors may NOT TOUCH any item or any paperwork (including
documentation) with an entry. We will have a table that contains extra
copies of documentation (if the entrants have participated) that
interested parties may look at.
The attendants will be available and will remind the populace that
viewing is not 'a touching experience'. They are protecting the works
and will have the authority to ask someone to leave if violations persist.
On to the Categories!! ....
