Courtesie is in my mind is one of the more interesting of the list you
put forth because it's meaning from period treatises has perhaps a much
broader meaning than it's modern meaning.

Basically medieval chivalric manuals define Courtesie as being a person
worthy of attending the court of royalty. Well mannered, well rounded
in social skills and gentlemanly skills. Specifically but not limited to
escorting ladies, recognizing and stepping in when aid is needed, able
to dance, game, perhaps even sing or recite poetry, as well as
understanding decorum and rituals of a court. Please bear in mind I'm
not trying to be chauvinistic, the ideal was medievally chauvinistic.
