[Artemisia] Challenge Coins

Why is there a problem with anyone giving tokens?  I have done so, and know of other non-peers who have done so.  I have also received them from all types of people, and I can tell you when, where, and from whom I have received each and every one.

While this doesn't replace recognition in the forms of official awards, it can be nice in its' own right.

The spirit of awards really are meant to be given out by the Crown and Coronets and the token is just a substitute for the problem of people not being recognized.  I still like the idea but you are opening a can of worms because what happens if "I" (or anybody else) want to do something similar, are you going to get in the Circlet kind of argument.</DIV>
