    Not that I'm aware of. The number of digests is a function of the 
number of messages and their size. If lots of folks are writing, and 
their messages are large, there will be multiple digests a day.

    This is one reason why it is so important EVERYONE trims the message 
they are responding to as much as is possible, without losing the sense 
of what you are replying to.
