[Artemisia] Artemisia Royal Encampment (was Pennsic)

Good Cousins,
I have been asked by the Gentle Rowena of Falkirk (e-dress below) how to go about making contact with the "Land Agent" for Artemisia Royal Encampment for Pennsic this year, and what are the requirments to camp therein.   Alas, I would not presume to answer when I have no notion as to the appropriate responses, nor have I been empowered to do so.  My reply was intended only to let others know that there would indeed be folks from Artemisia at Pennsic this year.  I hesitate to offer any suggestions less I stir up confusion, even with the best of intentions.  Anyone out there know who the "Land Agent" for Artemisia Royal Encampment at Pennsic is?  Can someone kindly direct those interested through the appropriate channels?

Do we need to "seek permission" to camp with Artemisia Royals?
I wrote TRM's three week ago and there was no response.Or do I 
just register and then just drop in? Is there a kingdom land agent
yet? Who?
