[Artemisia] Crown Tourney Location?

[Jeff Webster]

I believe the Crown Tourney will be in the Barony of One Thousand Eyes, if I 
am not mistaken. I was "somewhat" paying attention this weekend at the court 
at the Collegium. If I am wrong, someone please correct me (I am sure it's 
not the first time)
