As of December 15th, cell phones are no longer exempt from telemarketers.  This means not only can they bother you, but that you will be using your minutes to get rid of them.  The national do not call list is free and lasts for 5 years.  It takes 2 minutes and the web site is www.donotcall.gov .  You can list up to 3 numbers per sign up.
