[Artemisia] Estrella War XX - pre-registration letters

Greetings!

I just received a message from the pre-registration autocrat for Estrella
War XX. She is still processing deposits, but promises that all
pre-registration notification letters will be in the mail by January 30th.
So, for all those watching your mailboxes, keep watching! It sounds like
they might have had a veritable avalanche of pre-registration so the
processing is taking longer than anticipated.

I expect that, next year, they might move the deadline up a bit from Dec 31
to allow for more processing time, but that is just a guess on my part! :-)
