Try sending it to bronzehelmpopulace at yahoogroups.com - that's the shire 
email list, and sometimes the people you are trying to reach even read 
it! I'm not sure if you have to be a member to post or not. We are in 
the process of changing webministers in the shire, and the info on the 
webpage may be out of date.
