[Artemisia] Black Wing Company -- resignation

As I have been very publicly associated with the Black
Wing Company of Artemisia for some time, I believe
fairness to the Company and myself requires that I
make public that I have resigned my membership in said
company.

My reasons have been discussed with those who need to
know, and I will not entertain further discussion of
them.
