Greetings!

The files for the Laurel office are on their way. Currently they are in Salt
Lake City, Utah.

The terminal manager will deliver the trailer to my house on Friday, March
12th at 1:00 pm.
It will stay here through the weekend, and be picked up on Monday sometime -
whenever I let him know it is empty and can be taken away.

How does a Saturday afternoon and evening unpacking and pizza party sound
for everybody? Or would Sunday afternoon work better for folks? Either will
work for me, as long as everything gets unloaded. It shouldn't take more
than two or three hours if four or five people show up. Heavy fighters, here
is a chance to show off your muscles wrestling steel! :-)

I'll have a ramp on the truck and will be renting a heavy-duty hand truck
from U-Haul. If some people can show up on Friday, some on Saturday and then
others on Sunday, that would be great also - many hands DO make light work.
I promise to provide sustenance on all three days, if you do the work.
Either let me know what sort of toppings you want on the pizza, or if pizza
is not to your taste, let me know what else would be suitable. Remember, for
official SCA stuff (which this does count as, believe it or not!) I cannot
provide alcohol.

HOWEVER, once the SCA portion is done, then I'll announce that the private
party begins and we can then see about more potent potables (in moderation,
of course - no drinking and driving problems, please! I'll do taxi service,
if need be.)
