[Artemisia] Respect and Court - Longish

And on the issue of respect, how about not talking during the passing of the Crowns or other ceremonies at Courts which, while may be dull to some, still have a lot of meaning for others and therefore the rest should sit quietly, and enjoy the music, maintaining a respectful silence as a courtesty for not deminishing the experience for others.
