[Artemisia] FW:From Ja'mala - Uprising prices

Okay, an increase in the site fee I can understand, there 4 or 5 possible
explanations, starting with the site owner raised his fee, but I'm REALLY
concerned about the darn-near doubling of the non-member surcharge.  What is
the possible justification for that, and where's the extra $2.00 each going?
