[Artemisia] pointless mental exercise for Northern Artemisians

hahhaahhaha.. for my entire life, i have never know montana to not have a majority of the roads/hiways under construction.  there is almost a pathless way to get here, or, a sit and wait, potty the dogs, have lunch, take nap, read a book and then the flag man will let you thro or follow the flag truck at 20 mph for 50 miles.
