It SHOULD be okay - I haven't seen any outages on the cablemodem lately.  

Anyone who can't seem to connect to the server for some reason, could
you also try:

http://24.119.66.30/~art

as well?  (That's the "direct" IP address that www.dogphilosophy.net is 
supposed to translate to.)

What kind of error were you getting - did you get some sort of "this page
doesn't exist" error, or a "could not connect to host", or what?
