Kingdom of Artemisia Crown Tournament

Pray attend good gentles of the Kingdom of Artemisia!! 

Once again it is time to determine the heirs to the Gryphon Thrones. Come all nobles of Artemisia to the land of Dragonmarch. It's time to don your armor and escort your consort to stand before Their Majesties to fight for honor and glory. Let this day set history for our proud Kingdom. 

Site will open at 9:00 am and close at 9:00 pm with opening court at 10:00 am. Tournament list will open when site opens. Fighters are asked to check in with the list minister to verify their entrance into the list. All fighters and their consorts are asked to bring a personal banner or pennon to the list field. 

Their Majesties do wish it known that a Tournament of Roses will be held during the day as well. All combatants are invited to compete and do honor to the inspiration provided by their Lord or Lady. Their Majesties do plan to conduct Peer Circles after the completion of the Crown List. 

All persons intending to compete in the Crown List must submit letters of intent to Their Royal Majesties. Letters of intent must be received by Their Majesties no later than March 31st, 2005. No Exceptions. Letters of intent shall include copies of your fighter authorization and membership cards for yourself and your consort. 

* This is a DRY site. 

* A dessert auction will be held as a Kingdom fundraiser. 

* Merchants are encouraged to attend and display their wares. Merchant fee is $5.00. Contact the Merchant Steward. 

Feast will be prepared by Lady Ladanna DeMontfort. Please bring your own feast settings. Feast is limited to 100 guests, so get your reservations in early. Prepaid Reservations must be in by April 1st, 2005. Make checks payable to Shire of Dragonmarch, SCA Inc. 

Due to there being deep ponds, all children must be watched at all times. NO FEEDING THE FISH!!! Failure to comply will result in being asked to leave without refund. 

Feast Fee: Adult $7.00 - Children $5.00 

Site Fee: Adult (member) $5.00 - Adult (non-member) $8.00 - Children 6-15 years $4.00 - Under 6 years No charge.

Site: Kokopelli Park Vernal, Utah - 145 East 100 North 

>From the West: Find your best path to Vernal, Utah. You will enter Vernal on highway 40 which will become Main Street. Follow Main Street until Vernal Ave. where you will turn left (north). Travel to the next intersection (100 north) where you will turn right (east) and continue for one and a half blocks. Site is Kokopelli Park on the left side of the road. Parking will be in front of the court house on the right. There will be signs. 

>From the North: Find your best path to Vernal, Utah. You will enter Vernal on Vernal Avenue. Follow Vernal Ave. until 10 North where you will turn left (east) and continue for one and a half blocks. Site is Kokopelli Park on the left side of the road. Parking will be in front of the court house on the right. There will be signs. 

>From the East: Find your best path to Vernal, Utah. You will enter Vernal on highway 40 which will become Main Street. Follow Main Street until Vernal Ave. where you will turn right (north).
