Since I had a request to respond publicly, 

1)  Try to make sure the herald for the court where you received the award filed a court reporting form.  You can contact the Royalty that gave you the award, or the court herald if you know who that is.

If so...

2) Contact Lord Sean, the OP clerk.  Give hime as many details about the award as you can (which royalty bestowed it, the award name, the specific date, etc.)

If you cannot reach him after a week or so (IIRC, he travels out of town for work fairly often),

3) Contact Mistress Tanglwyst, the Golden Wing PRincipal Herald.

Both the aforementioned individuals' contact information is on the Kingdom webpage.  

As a side note, if you are a Court Herald, PLEASE!!!! make sure that your court reports are filed as soon as possible after the event is over.  There is even an online way to do this:
