I'm making the response to this public so everyone knows.

It is true, I do not want common areas requested on individual
pre-registrations.  When I contact the Land Deputies giving them the pre-reg
info, I will then ask what they actually expect to have (people not
pre-reged, soon to, etc.) and get all common area information from them to
arrange layouts.  This is of course done for many reasons, but mostly to
make it easier for people to pre-register themselves without having to worry
about the needs of their group.  That responsibility will belong to the Land
Deputy.
