Greetings good merchants and Thank you for choosing the Middle
Eastern
War to sell your wares.
General information: Middle Eastern War (MEW) will be held on May 13,
14, and 15. The site opens at 9 am on Friday for Merchants. Please if
you will not be able to come and set up on Friday let me know so I can
make arrangements. The booth spaces are not huge but not tiny either.
If you need more than 20x20 please let me know so I can make booth
assignments accordingly. Also if you are particularly fond of another
merchant or not fond of the competition from a merchant let me know. A
rough site map will be sent to you the week before MEW to help you find
your spot.
All merchants are required to pay the Site fee of $12 dollars per
person (There is a family cap of $32). The merchanting fee for this
event will be a donation of your wares. We use these donations for the
volunteers bag raffle and prizes so be generous.
There is a feast available by prepaid reservation only. Feast fee is
$7 and worth every penny. Send your check or money order made out to
Arrows Flight to Karina Tucker at 1937 South Main Street, Orem, UT
84508. Please include your return address and the names of all those
you are paying for. A copy of the menu is available on the website
www.arrowsflight.org.
Camping in your allotted space is encouraged. There are other camping
spots available as well as hotels very close by. Should you choose not
to camp with your booth, security will be notified to put it on high
priority but we will not be held responsible for lost or stolen goods,
equipment or personal property.
Directions: Take your best route on I-15 to the East Bound (EB)
Center
Street (exit 268) in Provo. (Not Orem!) Follow the road all the way to
the east end of Center Street at the Seven Peaks turn off. Stay right
all the way to the top. Signs will be posted to lend you aid.
Restaurant, fast food and hotel accommodations are very close. We like
to party at the "Village Inn."
