*not* include the Barbecue?

Hear the horns Artemisia!! Feel the beat of the drums!!  They call you to
paths of glory as war once again comes to the Marsh.  Join us for these
final days as Shire gives way to Barony and Thorvald and Bianca ascend as
premier Baron and Baroness of Gryphon's Lair.

The golden days of August 26th to 28th shall see Championships in Bardic
Arts, Archery, and Arts & Sciences.  The ground shall shake with magnificent
melee battles to test the Prowess and Fortitude of our warriors.

The Investiture shall take place amongst the splendor of Their Majesties
court, followed by a fine feast of barbequed meats hosted by our new Baron
and Baroness.  Finally, we shall celebrate this historic event with our
friends and families far into the summer night.

The site is Fort Buenaventura located at 2450 S 'A' Avenue, Ogden, Utah.

>From the South: Take I-15 to the 24th Street Exit.  Turn right at the light
and follow the road 1 mile to 'A' Avenue.  Turn right onto 'A' Avenue, site
entrance is on the immediate left.  Follow the signs to troll.

>From the North: Take I-15 to the 21st Street/Wilson Lane Exit.  Turn right
at the light and follow the road .6 miles to 1900 West.  Turn left on 1900
West and follow it .7 miles to 2550 South. Turn left on 2550 South and
follow it 1 mile to Pennsylvania Avenue.  Turn left on Pennsylvania Avenue
and follow it 1 mile to 'A' Avenue.  Turn right on 'A' Avenue, site entrance
is on the immediate left.  Follow the signs to Troll.

Note: Exit numbers in the Sage Advice may not be correct due to renumbering
of the Kings highway.  Directions are also posted on the Midge Marsh Melee
website with Exit names.

Site fee is $13 for members, $16 for nonmembers.
Daytrip fee is $8 for members, $11 for nonmembers.
Site fee includes the Baronial barbeque on Saturday night.

Site is wet, Utah drinking age is 21.
