[Artemisia] Windhover Bard Competition

Good people of Artemisia, 
It is time to choose a new Outlands Bard.
if you intend to join us at Silver Pass X, come to to the bardic fire 
on Saturday eve and be entertained by talented bards of the Outlands.


The Windhover Bard was created to honor the memory of Mistress Kyriel
of Windhover Cliff, an extremely talented (and formidable) poet.  The
position combines both the entertainment and literary aspects of a
kingdom bard position. Dependent upon the whim and need of the Crown,
duties may include reciting the lineage of kings, entertaining
before/during court, composition of honorific poetry (or song), etc.

Contestants will perform two pieces, one of which must be spoken
poetry,
and should be prepared to perform another piece, should the judges
reach a tie.
