[Artemisia] No fighter practice in Loch Salann

Did not see this come across the list, and thought it important enough to make sure it also hits the Kingdom list, it's from Loch Salann.... there is NO fighter practice tonight, or until after the first of the year.

Good lords and Gentle Ladies,
 
We were informed that our fighter practice site will not be available to us for the remainder of the year. Therefore there will be no fighter practice until the 4th of January.
