[Artemisia] Land allocation for Estrella

Who's is in charge of land allocation for Estrella this year, either Kingdom or Barony of Gryphons Lair?  Although, in the past we've been put any where within the Kingdom boundries, which is fine. Get to know more people that way.  :)
