[Artemisia] Kingdom or Artemisia Heralds Site and A&S Site

Greetings to all,

Just a notice that the Heralds Site and the A&S site are currently
down.  The Society changed servers and evidently all our sub-sites
didn't get included in the move.  I have e-mailed them, but have had
no response as of yet.  Hopefully they will fix the problem soon.
