[Artemisia] Uprising Weather

Hi Maire,

Oh heck, it's as fast as ever, no problem!  You could even drive it that 
fast in the rain, if necessary.  Remember that Uprising!  Rained the first 
few days and was pretty nice later.  And real woods to fight in!

There were a couple of other memorable things about that Uprising as 
well....
