Greetings Artemisia!

Their Excellencies Tor and Rachel are pleased to announce that the
Board of Directors for the Society for Creative Anachronism will meet
in the Barony of Arn Hold July 14, 15 and 16, 2005.

The BOD will be staying at, and the meeting will be held at the Grove
Hotel in Downtown Boise.  The Grove is on the corner of Grove and
Capitol Blvd.

Thursday and Friday's meetings are closed door, but Saturday is open  to
the Populace.  I believe the meeting time is 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

After Saturday's meeting is adjourned, you will have a chance to meet
and converse with the BOD at a potluck in the backyard of Their Royal
Highness', Morgan and Esabell.

The BOD Meeting and the Potluck are *not* garbed events.

POPULACE OF ARN HOLD
If you live in Arn Hold, the potluck will be divided as such,

A thru F – Hot Side Dish
G thru L – Main Dish
M thru R – Cold Side Dish
S thru Y – Dessert
BYOB

Of course, if you have a *specialty* that is different from where  your
name falls, bring it instead!  Dishes should serve 6 – 8 people.

There will be no cooking at the house and only minor food prep
please!  There will be plug strips available for crock-pots, etc.
Please bring serving containers and utensils for your dish.

We will need tables, tablecloths, candles, candleholders, lanterns,
Tiki Torches and EZ-UP type sunshades.

I will be at TRH house on Friday evening from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM to
receive any of the previously mentioned items and will be setting up,
Saturday, from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM.  Any help on Saturday is
appreciated.

In addition, we will need volunteers to shuttle the BOD from the
hotel to TRH home.  We are expecting 12 -16 people to attend.

OUT OF TOWNERS
If you are coming from out of town, please bring a beverage for
yourself.  There should be no need for you to bring food, but if you
feel it necessary to contribute, a *snacky* type item would work.

Everyone, please remember to bring chairs!
