[Artemisia] Convocation update

Greetings to all of Artemisia,
  I send you glad tidings and ask your indulgence for a moment.

 I have just this moment had conversation with our Gracious and Beloved King. He has instructed me to announce the tentative scheduling for the Convocation coming up on April 30.
  Opening Court: 10:00
  Seneschals (local and regional) meeting: 11:00 - 11:30
  Kingdom Officers meeting:  11:30 - 12:00
 **  Calendar Planning meeting: 12:00 - 1:00 ** hopefully no longer but if it is necessary, then so be it.
  Break   1:00 - 2:00  lunch or continuing the calendar planning.
  Peer Groups:
    White Scarf:  2:00 - 2:30
    Chivalry:       2:30 - 3:00
    Laurels:        3:00 - 3:30
    Pelicans:       3:30 - 4:00
  Landed Baronial around  4:00 - 4:30
  open Populace meeting:  4:30 - 6:00
  also there will be other matters and discussions attended to on a "need to be addressed" time frame throughout the day. Plan on a full day and please be prompt in attending your designated or desired group.

    These are not hard and fast times but are "quesstimates" as to time frame. Some may be moved around and changed slightly due to overages and/or running long/short.

    There will be a complete write up in the Sage advice but for now, please plan on these times unless otherwise informed.
    Seneschals or your representatives: please review calendar year 2005 and have your scheduling already penciled in for a rough draft. I would like to have those rough drafts no later than the 20th of April so that I can have time to "tweak" as needed and get ready for the onslaught of changes that are going to be inevitable. As you can see, there is a full day of discussion and planning. We only have 1 hour for the planning session. I have seen it done in less and also in much, much more time than we have alotted. Know that with preplanning this section will go quickly and smoothly, without it we will run long and I will get grumpy.
  Emailing your rough draft to me is fine, hard copy if you must....but please have it to me by the 20th of April.
