:-not be aware, is there is a difference between DWS and Peerage. Someday
Well then I misunderstood your meaning, and am sorry.

:-And for the record, only SITTING Landed Baronages are above the Peers in
:-the Order of Precedence. They are often included when the Crown wants
:-input into the conversations at hand. When that happens is it
:-specifically noted. The Former Landed and Court Baronages are
:-technically placed below the Peerage and are rarely included. Most of
:-those tend to be doubled into the Peerage anyway.

On this I disagree and here is why. Assuming the Herald's Handbook is
correct Chapter 16 States:

"THE ORDER OF PRECEDENCE
By Mistress Shauna of Carrick Point
.......here is the official Order of Precedence listing as used in the
kingdom of Artemisia........
1. Duke/Duchess
2. Count/Countess
2.1. Lady of the Rose
3. Viscount/Viscountess
3.1. Lady of the Papillion, Dove, etc.
4. Territorial Baron/Baroness
5. Founding Baron/Baroness
5.1. Court Baron/Baroness *
6. Peers of the Realm - Knights/Laurels/Pelicans
7. Grant of Arms bearing awards
8. Grant of Arms
9. Award of Arms bearing Kingdom awards
10. Award of Arms bearing Principality awards
11. Award of Arms bearing Baronial awards
12. Augmentation of Arms
13. Award of Arms
14. Non-precedential Kingdom awards
15. Non-precedential Principality awards
16. Non-precedential Baronial award

....There is one area of controversy, and I have marked it with an
asterisk - the Court Barony. Many people
feel that it should be treated with high honors, but other Kingdoms may put
it much lower. It carries an
Award of Arms, if the recipient doesn't already have one, by Corpora, but
that is the only stipulation."

Please don't tell me that is wrong, I'm having enough trouble learning to be
a closet herald as it is ;-)
