[Artemisia] question about circlets god help me

I would think that if a certain Kingdom allows something and the a person moves to another Kingdom, they must follow the rules of the new home and not dwell on the rules of the old.
Seems like a "no-brainer" to me but then again.............I may be wrong.
I believe every Kingdom has different laws and rules, sumptuary or otherwise.
If someone is living in this Kingdom and following the regalia laws of another Kingdom then they need to straighten up. Possibly no one has told them or they are unaware. But at any rate, they need to be told, and the rules need to be followed.
Just my take on it.
Ulric

Sorry Ulric.. :) yes, i too remember the every 4 to 6 month post about why can't i.
i am very curious to the answer tho. i was under the idea that we must follow each kingdom rule. i am also thinking that when a person is now living permanatly in another kingdom, that kingdom rule applies. i could be wrong so therefore i am seeking the answer from those that know..

Nope, not asking the over hashed question. However, my question is about other Kingdoms.
Does An tir allow metal circlets? If a person moves from that Kingdom to our Kingdom, can they still wear it, or.. do they now need to observe our Kingdom rules and not wear one?
Please.. don't beat me..just a question.
