[Artemisia] question about circlets god help me

Thank you Gefjon and Malkin.  Disguising it would be good. I just lately niced someone wearing about a 1/4 inch wide one and was rather surprised.  Personally, I do feel a person really shoud adapt to Artemisia rules on this if they are making our Kingdom their home.  It just seems to cause, lets say, less excitment..

their AoA in kingdoms that allow circlets who still wear a tiny metal band,
but disguise it somewhat with their veils, ribbons, etc. No one has ever
noticed or commented, to my knowledge. It's all in how you do it. If
you've moved permanently, the *safe* road would probably be to adapt to your
new home. I don't think I have ever seen a hard and fast rule spelled out,
though.
