[Artemisia] Wanted Volunteers for Phoenix Rising.

Greetings People of Artemisia and Everyone on this list. 

    I am His Lordship James the Wise. I have been placed in Charge of "Volunteers" For the new "Phoenix Rising" event. For those of you who do not know this is an New Event which is being sponsored by the members of Three Shires. We hope to make this a "Premiere" event for the North or Artemisia. The event will be August 18th 19th 20th and 21st and It will take place in Helena Montana The Members of the shires of Silver Keep, Castelleone, and Stan Wyrm have all agreed to support this event. We are working to make this the best event we can.

   We are now Asking for volunteers in all areas. These include marshals, water bearers, Arts and Sciences, event coordinators, any Special interests, Classes, Equestrian, Bardic, Games, Dancing, Fighting, Merchants, or anything else you might be interested in, or volunteering to do.

    Specifically we are also interested in the people who wish to attend the event. We Wish to hear from anyone who has a special interest that they do not feel has been met in the past. We would like as many people to get involved to make this a "Great Event" as we can get. So if you have an idea that you would like to see happen or if you want to volunteer for a specific area Please contact me. We are very interested in anyone who would like to teach a class. Please reply off the list so we don't tie up this board with too many posts.
