[Artemisia] Any Jugglers on the list?

Hi!
I've decided to start juggling again after a brief (15 years) hiatus, partially due to my lovely wife making the gentle observation, "You're getting too fat and if you don't do something soon you'll die!" and juggling is one of the few exercise things I do that I actually enjoy doing.

Are there any jugglers on the list who would be kind and pass on some workout ideas, and links to more period-like equipment? My extensive collection of neon plastic circus gear along and brilliant synthetic materials is just not quite right methinks. =)
