Greetings to the List,
                                This is an open reminder to all of the
Seneschals of the southern part of our Glorious Kingdom that
  reports are due,both to Kingdom and myself,by the 28th of Oct.
Please  insure as well that your other officers are reporting in a timely
manner as well.
I have opted for this open approach because the private reminders would net
  a total of 2 responses on avg.
