[Artemisia] Order of Precedence back on line

I often have the suspicion that no one really notices, but in case 
anybody did notice, the O. of Prec. was off line from around 10 this 
morning until just a few minutes ago.  It's back up and happy now, if a 
database can attributed emotions like happiness, that is...

You know, it's been a long weekend, running the truck down to LA to 
take care of some family business, flying back this afternoon, sitting 
around airports with my wifi on, innocently not even being tempted to 
hack connections...  and I get to wondering about awards and stuff (I'm 
not kidding, I was actually thinking thoughts like this this afternoon, 
probably because I knew the OPrec was down for a while before I got 
home)  - and a evil little thought tip-toed through my bored little 
brain about how many awards are there with names like Gryphon's Heart, 
Gryphon's Talon, Gryphon's Eye, Gryphon's Toenail...

...and I wonder, would anyone really notice if I snuck into the Order 
of Precedence admin account and created a few insignificant minor 
awards, just for a week or two to see if anyone would notice?  You 
know, like the Gryphon's Nest for people who don't travel, the 
Gryphon's Tonsils for really loud heralds, the Gryphon's Speedbump for 
Uprising autocrats who get sites with good 50 mph access roads, the 
Gryphon's Peep for people who break sprinting records running away from 
Duke Alan for having made cracks about Uprising autocrats who get sites 
with good 50 mph access roads, the Gryphon's Squawk for really good 
bloopers in court, the Gryphon's Left Nostril for...

well, you get the idea  ;-)
