[Artemisia] Bid Needed

Greetings unto the Noble Populace of Artemisia.

Their Majesties are in need of bids for Kingdom Collegium and Equestrian Championship.  This event is on the calendar for the weekend of August 5th.  If they do not receive bids for the event, the event may be cancelled.

The ideal bid for this event will include space for classes (both sheltered and outdoors), archery, equestrian, and fighting classes.  There should also be space for camping on site.  

Please forward any bids for this event to Their Majesties as sson as possible.  They would really like to have bids before Convocation so a decision may be made at that time.  Please also send copies to HL Ulric, the Kingdom Seneschal, and Duchess Albreda, the Kingdom Minister of Arts and Sciences.
