[Artemisia] Whipping Winds update

Hello all,

I apologize if you receive this message more than once; I have cross posted 
to many lists so that this will reach as many people as possible.

I have been asked to post that NO PETS OR ANIMALS will be allowed on site at 
Whipping Winds III, held later this month in the Shire of Windegate. It is a 
city park and therefore we have to abide by city rules. Anyone that shows up 
at site with an animal will be turned away.
