I'm going to get jumped on for saying this but as
parent of two small boys (14 months & 5 weeks) where
were the adults watching these children.  I'm parinoid
enough with my 14 month old who is just beginning to
walk and climb all over everything and I can't imagine
dropping him off at a playground unsupervised.
