    Unto the Populace of the Kingdom of Artemisia: 
   
  I'm Sarah Cochran of the Shire of Castelleone, mundanely Helena Montana.  I've been selected to participate in the 2006 Miss Outstanding Teenager of Montana Scholarship Contest and Leadership Training Program in October at the Red Lion Colonial Hotel in Helena. This program for Montana girls judges: teen image, scholastic evaluation, citizenship, personal projection, and an essay. This is not a beauty pageant. The winner receives a $6000 scholarship to the college of their choice. My goal is to attend the University of Montana and earn a degree in Library Science. 
   
  To participate in the program, I need to find sponsors no later than Aug 25. If you, a group of friends, or your employer, anywhere in the Known World, would be interested in a tax deductible donation, in any amount, it will help me reach my goal of $349 for my registration fee.
