[Artemisia] Harvest Court - Champions Tourney

Oops... man that is all to come a word for me:-)

Anyways it should read " Only an unbelted fighter from Sentinels' Keep can 
become champion" not  "Only a fighter from Sentinels' Keep can enter"... the 
tourney is open to all fighters from anywhere.... sorry for the confusion!
