[Artemisia] ISO Fernando

I am looking for a gentleman named Fernando. I had the chance to cross
blades with him at a tiny event in Ansteorra this October when he had
traveled to that region on military business for his Uncle Sam. I
promised to look him up if I found myself in Artemisia and, surprise, I
am sent to Gryphon's Lair on business and will be in town for Solstice.
So, if anyone knows the gentleman of whom I speak, please let me know.
