Greetings unto the fair citizens of Artemisia!
   
  The Shire of Castelleone Nuovo would like to welcome you to a different type of event. This is a hands on learning/teaching event. No sight fee, no garb, no schedule. This is a two day event starting Friday evening until early Sunday morning. We will be offering education in Middle Eastern and European dance, period cookery, armouring, all manner of handcrafts including inkle weaving, embroidery, bead embroidery, spinning, carding and others. For the less gentle we will have heavy and rapier activities, archery could be a possibility depending on the weather.  We need students and teachers. If you want to learn something or have any skills you can teach, please come. We have plenty of crash space for all.
   
  As stated previously, there is no site fee , a donation may be welcome to help cover any out of pocket expenses of teachers for supplies. People are welcome to start arriving at 5:00 pm Friday December 8th and the site closes at noon on Sunday. If you have any questions, would like to arrange crash space or know that you are coming for sure and can RSVP please contact the Autocrat or Co-Autocrat.
   
  Main site is Tree’s house. Directions are as follows: from N,S and E, take your best route to Helena. Take the Cedar street exit. Head West into town one block. You will hit a light at the corner of Cedar and Harris. There is a Tire-Rama and Kmart on this corner. Turn left. 3 streets up is Chestnut. 1902 Harris is on the West side of Corner. Cream house with light blue trim.  From the West, best route to Helena. Highway will become Euclid Ave. as you get into town continue past Benton (light) where it becomes Lyndale and past the Merry-go-round on the right hand side to next main light. This will be Last Chance Gulch. Turn left. LCG will curve around to the right continue to the light. This will be Montana. Continue forward, the street becomes Cedar street. Drive to next light which will be Harris. Tire-Rama and Kmart are at this corner. Turn right. 3 streets up is Chestnut. 1902 Harris is on west side of corner. Cream colored house with light blue trim.
