[Artemisia] Uprising changes

The new site is in between Blackfoot and Idaho Falls, roughly ten miles
from each town. All amenities, i.e hotels, grocery stores, gas stations,
ect., are now closer than they were at the previous site. There is also a
grocery store and gas/convenience stores in Shelley, which is only a few
minutes from the new site. Hope this helps.
